Like a walk through the country side living on a small farm is full of daily surprises, sometimes wonderful and amazing, and other times puzzling and sad. I hope you will walk with me as I live out my dream of living on this tiny farm. Oh, and aren't they just such a big help? Your helper is an especially cute one. Becky is my big helper, and I have taken to shutting the bedroom door when I want to put fresh linens on. Otherwise, I never get it done.
Eddie gets annoyed when I try to make the bed while he's relaxing at the foot. If I move quickly, I can make the bed without having to remove him. Oh, there's the occasional swipe at me but in this hot weather, his heart's not really in it.
Chloe' was like Ethel. She would bound to my room on the first noise of sheet changing and hop under the in flight sheet coming down. Her big maine coon body was a huge lump under it. She remained until I would picked up the sheet. She would then act like it should be a surprise to me that she was there. I would then pull her out and set her down and try to hurry to finish, but she would try again and again.

LOL, Ethel likes it when I change the sheets on the bed. I always end up with a big, purring "lump" somewhere. :)
