Like a walk through the country side living on a small farm is full of daily surprises, sometimes wonderful and amazing, and other times puzzling and sad. I hope you will walk with me as I live out my dream of living on this tiny farm. You will come to know the dogs, cats, Shetland sheep and chickens that make up this farm and what goes into keeping them happy and healthy. Come and join the journey with me.

Catbucks....
.......Where all the cool cats hang out......
(Obviously the new cat tree has gotten the kitty stamp of approval and has THE prime view for bird watching!)
I laughed out loud because you have a lot of cats too! If I didn't know better I'd say I was looking at my own house with all those cats! lol Haven't got a big cat tree yet, but will someday. The one I want for the cats is well, um, on the spendy side so that is out. But this Spring I may just try tackling building one myself!
My cats are very jealous. I am going to have to stop showing them pictures from blogs. Now they are whining for a cat tree. (haha). Jackie www.sheepmom.com
Michelle, They are kinda spoiled but they have been fun too. Mim, I really don't have room for a cat perch either--let alone the two I have (blush). Thanks for stopping by! Kathy, you are an excellent nurse and the boys are lucky you are their shepherd. Joanne--eight in the house. AJ--I enjoy your blog too, because you seem to have trouble saying 'no' to the needy little critters too. :-) This cat tree was on clearance so it was allot less than what they normally are and is really quite sturdy. Vicki, Hmm...maybe eight house cats isn't so bad?? Wonder how they keep them w/in the six acres. That would be pure bliss for them to have the run of the place without fear they'd be killed on the highway. Jackie, yes, you have to make sure the kitties don't get to think they are entitled to everything they see on blogs! ha.. thanks for stopping by! Tammy

Excellent! wish I had a place in our house for such a nice cat "perch".
Looks like my house, Tammy! :)
I sure appreciate your stopping by and giving me support. The boys are healing but it's going to take a long while I think.
I felt the much needed hugs from MO. Thanks, dear friend.
