Like a walk through the country side living on a small farm is full of daily surprises, sometimes wonderful and amazing, and other times puzzling and sad. I hope you will walk with me as I live out my dream of living on this tiny farm. You will come to know the dogs, cats, Shetland sheep and chickens that make up this farm and what goes into keeping them happy and healthy. Come and join the journey with me.

She looks like a big bundle of energy. Very pretty. I love cat pictures and stories.

That made me chuckle. I love the white splodge on the cat's back. They do love their toys, don't they. One of mine 'took' a toy from the neighbour's garden one day and brought it home. It was a pink hippopotamus and I can only assume it made my cat feel broody in some way. He, yes he, looked after that toy for many years and I, for my sins, never told the neighbour what happened to it.
Blessings, Star

Berte---she is actually a 'he' and he is quite a mess most of the time.
Sage says hi back to Eddie--I shudder to think what would happen if those two met up. The ego clash alone....
Star--Sage has had his little teddy bears since I first got him (about four years ago) and they are a little worse for wear. They are always appearing on the bed, the chairs, here and there. Sometimes I 'accidentally' throw one behind something but he always finds them. The slodge on his back is actually either heart shaped or resembles devil horns, according to how much trouble Sage gets into!
